Delivery and Shipping Information

1. The goods are shipped by post. We check every parcel carefully before dispatch. Nevertheless, please take the time to check your parcel again for any damage when you receive it from the courier. If the parcel is damaged, it should not be accepted by the courier. Shipping within Germany and EU Countries, is provided via DPD.

2. The merchandise will be ready for shipment 1-3 days after your order was placed. Upon dispatch, your parcel will arrive in one to four business days, depending on the shipping method and the destination, unless it was agreed otherwise.

3. For deliveries to countries other than Germany, additional fees (tax, customs, import duties) may be levied by the local governing authorities. These further costs shall be borne by the customer. Refused packages will be refunded minus the return shipping costs.                                                 

Please note that there may be a delay in delivery for international shipments, depending on the local customs.

4. Items will be shipped from Berlin, Germany with official documentation declaring the exact total of all merchandise purchased in EU euros, as well as the country of origin for each item.

International Shipment:
Until now we sadly do not deliver outside of Germany.

Prices and shipping costs

1. Our prices include the applicable statutory value added tax in all countries of the European Union. For countries outside the European Union, our prices do not include VAT.

2. In the event of withdrawal or complaint, the customer shall bear the direct costs of the return shipment.

3. The shipping costs are to be paid by the customer. Below you will find our current shipping costs:

Germany:
Orders until 100 €: 4,99 € tracked shipping
Orders above 100 €: free shipping

Rest of the world:
We do not ship outside of Germany for now.
