Screen printing & Sustainability

We focus on small businesses and want to support locally. Therefore our merch is manufactured in Berlin, meaning that our silk-screen printing service (every print is made by hand), embroidery and our fulfillment is based here.

All our products are made with 100% organic cotton.
We have also made a conscious decision to produce as little waste as possible in our packaging, use recycled plastic or paper bags and only use what is absolutely necessary.
Our prints and stitches are made in Berlin. For the production of the materials itself we rely on our production partners based in Germany.

As we attach great importance to sustainability, we want to prevent returns and misprints/wrong stitches from being destroyed or disposed of. For this reason, we collect them and pass them on as donations to social organizations in order to keep them in the textile cycle for as long as possible.

Shipping & Delivery

If your item is in stock it will take 1-3 working days for the domestic shipping. If it is out of stock it can take up to a few months as there might be a delay in the garment production (you can find the estimated dates on the product pages).
Due to global supply chain challenges, shipping times could be longer than usual. -
Every shipping is tracked and costs 4,99 € inside Germany. Enjoy free shipping on every order over 100 €.

Yes, we offer free shipping for orders over 100 €. The shipping cost will then be automatically updated while you checkout.

We only ship within Germany for now. A full list of all of our shipping areas can be found here.
If your country or region is not mentioned, please feel free to reach out to see if we can work out the details. -
We use DPD as major local carrier. Every shipping is tracked and costs 4,99 €. Enjoy free shipping on every order over 100 €.
Warranty & Repair

All our products are subject to quality control. Our warranty provides a guarantee against manufacturer defects. The guarantee covers any manufacturing, design, or material defect. Please notify us within 14 days of noticing any defects.
We do not cover blows, improper use, or other issues that are not attributable to a manufacturer defects.

Please document with photos what the package looks like or what damage has occurred. Then contact us with the photos via our contact form and we will find a solution to send you a replacement.
Returns & Refunds

Yes, we do offer refunds - in case of quality defects or in the event of a complaint (example: an incorrect item was sent), we will resolve it by sending out the correct item again - free of charge.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase please fill out the RETURN FORM and send your item(s) back within 14 days of receipt to the following address:

GermanyThe customer pays for the direct shipping cost of the return. We kindly ask you to send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods and provides a tracking code.
Please notice that the processing time for refunds can take up to five working days after arrival of the return.

A refund request can be submitted within 14 days after the purchase was made.

All shipping costs for orders under 100 € - including the return shipping - are handled by the customer. Please contact us via our contact form for returns and refunds in case of damaged products.
Apart from that, if you are not happy with the product or unsure about the sizing, you can contact us at any time. Please also read our size charts carefully before ordering.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase please fill out the RETURN FORM and send your item(s) back within 14 days of receipt (see FAQ "Do you offer refunds"?)
All manufacturers have different textile shapes and sizes. We therefore provide a size chart for each product, which you can and should use as a guide. If, after a check, we find a deviation of more than 5% from the specifications, you will receive a replacement free of charge. If this is the case, please reach out to us via our contact form.

We currently only work with Content Creators in isolated cases. If our products are of interest to you, please contact us via email to support@habibiberlin.com (subject: Content Creator) or via our contact form for more information.

That sounds amazing! Please write us an email to support@habibiberlin.com (subject: borrow products) or contact us via our contact form BEFORE you place the order, stating that you would like to borrow the products for a shoot or similar. If we do not receive such an e-mail, we will unfortunately have to charge you for the products. After you have sent the products back to us and they have arrived safely, we will refund your order. However, you will have to bear the costs of the shipment and also the return shipment.
