The customer pays for the direct shipping cost of the return. We kindly ask you to send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods and provides a tracking code.

Please notice that the processing time for refunds can take up to five working days after the arrival of the return.

We kindly ask you to only return a product only in its original condition (avoiding stains and odours).

Please notice that sets and bundles are only refundable as a whole. The discount on retained products does not apply if a set or bundle gets only partially returned.

 

A. REVOCATION INSTRUCTION
INTRODUCTION

Consumers are entitled to a right of withdrawal in accordance with the following provisions, whereby a consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that can predominantly be attributed neither to their commercial nor their independent professional activity:

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the last goods.

To exercise the right to cancel, you must inform us (Habibi Berlin c/o LAUDO Designagentur GmbH,Email: support@habibiberlin.com ) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement with our return form (see above).

To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient that you send the notification of the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period of 14 days.

 

CONSEQUENCES OF WITHDRAWAL

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged any fees for this repayment. We may refuse repayment until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.

You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately and in any case within fourteen days at the latest from the day on which you inform us of the revocation of this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.

You shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

You only have to pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods that is not necessary to check their condition, properties and functionality.

EXCLUSION OR PREMATURE EXPIRY OF THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of goods whose price depends on fluctuations in the financial market over which the trader has no control and which may occur within the withdrawal period.

GENERAL NOTES

1) Please avoid damaging or contaminating the goods. Please return the goods to us in their original packaging with all accessories and with all packaging components. If necessary, use protective outer packaging. If you no longer have the original packaging, please use suitable packaging to ensure adequate protection against transportation damage.
2) Please do not return the goods to us freight collect.
3) Please note that the above paragraphs 1-2 are not a prerequisite for the effective exercise of the right of withdrawal.
